(included) is a collective of BIPOC leaders of Consumer Packaged Goods food companies who are committed to supporting each other's success, advocating for diverse representation within the natural/specialty food ecosystem, and amplifying BIPOC voices and BIPOC-owned brands in the industry. We believe Black Lives Matter. Our values are rooted in uprooting systemic racism in the CPG industry, and particularly the racial inequities faced by our Black and Indigenous colleagues and cohorts. By working closely with our internal teams and our retailer, distributor, supplier, broker, investment, and trade association partners to amplify and solve this problem, we believe that we can meaningfully contribute to creating a more diverse, vibrant, and economically viable industry that best reflects the multi-faceted and multi-cultural marketplace we serve.
