Kimberly McCoy

Kimberly McCoy, Esq. currently serves as the Director of Parent and Family Engagement for Early Childhood at INCLUDEnyc, where responsibilities include developing innovative curricula for students with special needs, leading a team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering community partnerships. Previously, Kimberly held roles such as Senior Family Educator and Special Education Instructor in the New York City Public Schools, focusing on individualized education programs and inclusive classroom strategies. Other experience includes Special Education Administrator at Bronx Charter School for Excellence and an Education Pioneers Fellow. Kimberly also practiced law as a Sole Practitioner, enhancing client relationships and navigating legal processes.
