Andrea Mrazova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and legal analysis, particularly in the areas of inclusive migration, child rights, and gender. Currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at Includovate since December 2021, Andrea contributes to various projects including the Child-Friendly Cities Initiative in Malaysia and assessments in Somalia and Nepal. Previous roles include Human Rights Consultant at PSCORE Korea, Legal Assistant at ACCEM, and Lawyer at the Ombudsman, among others, where Andrea focused on human rights, migration, and legal counseling for asylum seekers. Andrea holds a Master in Law from Masaryk University Brno and an E.MA in Human Rights and Democratisation, complementing a robust academic foundation with practical expertise in advocacy and policy development across multiple organizations.
