Kailee McDonald

Kailee McDonald is a Community Resource Coordinator at Inclusa since May 2018, with extensive experience in community engagement and support roles. Prior to her current position, Kailee worked as an Assistant Girl's Basketball Coach at Duluth East High School since November 2014. Kailee has also served as an Assisted Living Coordinator at New Perspective Senior Living, overseeing caregivers and life engagement coaches, and previously held roles as a Life Engagement Coach and Health Administration Intern within the same organization. Additional experience includes working as a Merchandiser for Chloe + Isabel Inc. and as a Waitress at Aces on 29th. Kailee holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Superior, and completed general studies at Cambridge-Isanti High School.
