Todd Erickson

Todd Erickson has extensive work experience in the software development field. Todd is currently serving as the Senior Software Product Architect Lead at Cloudreach, an Atos company, starting in February 2022.

Prior to this, Todd held various roles at Software Solutions Integrated. From June 2019 to February 2022, they worked as the VP of Software Development, where they championed the modernization of the software development process, implementing AWS, microservices, and CI/CD. Todd also introduced Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation, and developed a software development apprenticeship program.

From October 2017 to June 2019, Todd served as the Director of Technology at Software Solutions Integrated. In this role, they led the modernization efforts and was responsible for the development of a hosting solution using AWS Virtual Private Cloud, which expanded from a single customer to serving over 400 customers.

Before that, Todd worked as an IS Manager at Software Solutions Integrated from April 2012 to October 2017. Todd was accountable for the internal information systems, managed the help desk, and grew the team. Todd also designed a hosting solution that grew from serving one customer to over 250 customers.

From February 2007 to March 2012, Todd worked as a Software Developer at Software Solutions Integrated. Todd developed new modules and features primarily in VB.NET and C#, improved and debugged existing code, and developed mobile apps for both Android and iOS platforms.

Todd's career began at Sears in January 1998, where they served as a Software Developer, DBA, and Project Manager until June 2001.

Todd Erickson attended DePaul University from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained a Computer Career Program Certificate in Computer Software Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Cloud Native Twelve-Factor Applications from LinkedIn in October 2021, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2021, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2021.
