Hayley Niad is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in international education and inclusive development. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor and Program Director at Inclusive Development Partners since July 2019, Hayley oversees programs in multiple countries, emphasizing teacher training, universal design for learning, and gender equity. Previous roles include a Researcher and Project Manager, providing technical advisory services on inclusive pedagogy across various nations, and an Education Advisor at Cambridge Education, where project management focused on USAID and USDA-funded education initiatives. Hayley's expertise also includes evaluation consulting with UNICEF regarding inclusive education for children with disabilities, along with managerial experience at Aspire Support Services. Educationally, Hayley is pursuing a PhD in Comparative and International Development Education at the University of Minnesota, following a Master’s in Special Education and a Bachelor’s in Philosophy from the University of Maryland.
