Crystal Egli has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Crystal is currently working as a DEI Consultant & Keynote Speaker at CrystalEgli.com since August 2020. Previously, they were the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Inclusive Guide, a user review website focused on diversity and inclusivity in businesses, from June 2020 to October 2022.

Before that, Crystal worked as a Video Producer at Colorado Parks & Wildlife from September 2015 to August 2020. Crystal also gained experience in the entertainment industry, working as an Assistant Editor for MTV Teen Wolf, Comedy Central's "Idiotsitter," and as a Lead Assistant Editor for Done and Dusted and Zodiak Americas. Crystal's editing skills were showcased in their role as an Editor for the feature film "Cardboard Boxer - Feature." Crystal also served as a Lead Assistant Editor for Twelve02 Television and worked as an Assistant Editor for Painless Productions on the show "The Dead Files."

Crystal Egli received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film & Media Arts from Emerson College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
