Charlotte Dales

Charlotte Dales is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO at Inclusively since March 2021, Charlotte previously co-founded Bottleshot, which was acquired by Grind Coffee London, and CAKE Technologies, later acquired by American Express. At American Express, Charlotte held dual roles as VP of Benefit Innovation and VP of Global Dining Platform Solutions. Earlier in the career, Charlotte gained valuable experience at Deutsche Bank in various analytical roles, as well as an internship at CNBC. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
