Hiral Poshiya possesses extensive experience in business development and project management, currently serving as Business Development Manager for the MENA region at INCO Group of Companies since June 2010, and previously held the position of Assistant Manager- Project Control & Business Development. Key responsibilities include business development, project management using Primavera P6, consulting on commercial matters, contract management, design and development, client relations, and overseeing the registration process with ADNOC companies. Prior roles include Project Planning & Cost Control Lead at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, where project coordination and vendor analysis were primary duties, and Project Control Engineer at L&T Technology Services Limited. Hiral has academic credentials from the Project Management Institute in the USA with a PMP certification, a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor's degree in Production/Project Engineering from Gujarat University.
