Amy Zimmerman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in people operations and advisory roles within the technology and fintech sectors. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Relay Payments since December 2020, Amy is instrumental in driving the company's transformation towards digital contactless payments. As a co-founder and principal at PeopleCo., Amy focuses on developing high-performance, culture-first organizations. Additional advisory roles include work with leading companies such as Incode Technologies, Kayhan Space, CyCognito, Atomic-6, Grubbly Farms, Drum Technologies, and Roadie, where expertise in organizational culture, identity verification, security, and innovative technologies is leveraged. Previously, as Head of Global People Operations for Kabbage, Amy managed the company's culture and engagement strategies from its inception. Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of South Florida.
