William K. Fritz

William K. Fritz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the optoelectronics and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as EVP at Incodema3D, LLC since January 2019, William previously held various leadership roles at MACOM, including Vice President & GM for Ithaca, and as Senior Director of Photonic Solutions. Prior to that, William was Chief Operating Officer at BinOptics, where responsibilities included overseeing operational management and production. Earlier career positions included director roles at LSI Corp. and Agere Systems, focusing on test development and process engineering for optoelectronic products. William's career began at AT&T and includes formative experiences at Bell Labs and Naval Air Development Center. Educational credentials include a BSEE from Penn State University and an MSEE from Clemson University, both specializing in optoelectronics and semiconductors.
