Airial Roland

Airial Roland has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Airial began their career in 2005 as a Technical Services Engineer at Baxter BioPharma Solutions. In 2010, they moved to Cook Pharmica as a Process Validation Associate. In 2012, they were promoted to Senior Validation Supervisor at Catalent Pharma Solutions. In 2019, they were promoted again to Senior Validation Manager at Piramal Pharma Solutions. Airial currently holds the same role at INCOG BioPharma Services, where they have been since 2021.

Airial Roland attended San Diego State University from 2016 to 2020, graduating with a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs. Prior to that, they attended Purdue University from 2000 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
