Chris Clayton has worked in the Information Technology field since 1987. Chris began their career in the US Army as a Petroleum Supply Specialist, where they were responsible for refueling helicopters in field-based forward operating bases. Chris was later recalled during Operation Desert Storm and deployed to Saudi Arabia. In 2001, they joined Monster as an Integrated Services Director, where they were responsible for directing IT support teams and global infrastructure services for the company. In 2005, they joined Cook Pharmica as an Information Technology Manager and was later promoted to Director of Information Technology. In 2017, they joined Catalent Pharma Solutions as Director of Information Technology, where they were responsible for integrating the recently acquired Bloomington site into the global IT model. In 2019, they joined Summit Biosciences Inc. as Associate Director of Information Services, and in 2021 they joined INCOG BioPharma Services as Director of Information Technology.
Chris Clayton obtained an Associate of Science degree from the University of Southern Indiana, with completed coursework towards a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians. Chris also holds certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL 4 Foundation, obtained in March 2019, as well as LabWare's LIMS Administration 1.
