Kelley Hale

Kelley Hale has over 25 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Kelley began their career in 1996 as an Internship Participant at Wyeth Ayerst Research, where they were a research assistant in the synthesis of novel compounds. In 1998, they moved to Wyeth, where they served as a Manager and Control Chemist. In 2006, they joined Pfizer as a Team Leader and Associate Director of Operational Compliance and QC. In 2018, they became a Director of Quality Control at Par Pharmaceutical, and in 2021, they moved to Strides Pharma Inc. in the same role. Currently, they are Director of Quality Control at INCOG BioPharma Services.

Kelley Hale began their education in 1993, earning an ACS Accredited BS in Chemistry from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 1997. Kelley then studied Chemistry at Purdue University from 1997 to 1998. From 2001 to 2002, they pursued further studies in Chemistry at Montclair State University. Finally, they earned a Certificate in Chemistry from Temple University in 2010.
