Joseph Sondej

Joseph Sondej is a highly experienced professional in the field of quality control, currently serving as the Senior Director of Quality Control at Immatics since July 2025. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Director of Quality Control at Century Therapeutics, Inc. from September 2021 to July 2025. Joseph's career began at Celgene, where a progression of roles spanned from Quality Assurance Associate to Site Microbiologist, culminating in several leadership positions, including Associate Director of QC Microbiology CAR T and Senior Manager of Quality Control Operations. Joseph holds an MBA in Finance from Montclair State University (2014), a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University (2005), and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University (2002).
