Product Design Lead at Incognia

Cristiano Cerqueira has a diverse work experience in product design and user experience (UX) roles. From September 2019 to the present, they have been working as a Product Design Lead at Incognia, where they focus on creating convenient technology solutions while prioritizing user privacy. Prior to this, from September 2017 to August 2019, they served as a Senior Product Designer at Inloco, working on generating richer experiences for end-users while leveraging data to improve business performance. Cristiano also has experience as an independent consultant, starting in August 2011, where they led human-centered design processes for various industries and took responsibility for all design stages, from conception to completion. Additionally, Cristiano worked as a UX Consultant at MOBIX from April 2017 to April 2018, providing support in optimizing design processes and implementing human-centered and agile methodologies. Cristiano also worked at CESAR - Instituto de Inovação from February 2015 to August 2017 as a UX Designer, leading design projects and promoting a user-centered and agile culture. Lastly, they worked at PET-Informática from April 2010 to July 2014, playing a pivotal role in transitioning the company to a user-centered research group and managing projects while conducting user research and mentoring new members.

Cristiano Cerqueira's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Games Design from the University of East London. Cristiano also has a background in UX Design, having studied at The Interaction Design Foundation and Mergo User Experience.
