Eduarda Fischer

Eduarda Fischer has been working as a People & Culture Analyst at Incognia since March 2021. Eduarda is responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, internal communication in English and Portuguese, and development of Employer Branding actions. Prior to their current role, Eduarda gained experience in recruitment, HR, and sales at Michael Page and as a Human Resources Intern at Schneider Electric. Eduarda also has experience in customer service roles at Jim's Bagel and Bake Shoppe and Shaws Market Co. Eduarda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and is currently pursuing a Specialization in Strategic Human Resources Management at FIA Online.
