Natalia Nestal Carvalho

Natalia Nestal Carvalho has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Natalia worked at Incognia as a Tech Business Partner Manager from January 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Senior People Analyst at Incognia from February 2019 to December 2019. In their role as a Culture and People Analyst, they were responsible for various HR functions such as onboarding, recruitment, employee surveys, and quality of life programs.

Before joining Incognia, Natalia worked at L'Oréal, starting as an intern in September 2010 and progressing to a Senior Business Partner role. In their time at L'Oréal, they gained experience in training and development, recruitment, personnel movement, career development, compensation, and performance evaluation. Natalia also worked on the closure process of the company's manufacturing unit in Rio de Janeiro.

Additionally, Natalia has experience as a member of the Board of Directors for Human Resources at Insight - Empresa Júnior de Psicologia da UFRJ from August 2009 to July 2010.

Natalia Nestal Carvalho pursued their education at two notable universities. From 2007 to 2012, they attended the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
