Erica Wright, MA, is a seasoned project manager with a focus on community engagement and program evaluation. Currently serving as Project Manager for the Pilot Community Engagement Program at Income Movement since April 2021, Erica has developed a toolkit to assist pilots in engaging with various community groups and supports organizers across the U.S. in the Basic Income project. Previously, as CEO and Head Researcher at Realistic Interpretations, Erica provided program design and evaluation services for organizations focused on social impact. Additionally, Erica's experience includes roles as Program Evaluator for Think Dignity, Research Assistant at the Kroc School at the University of San Diego, and Research Assistant at IVAT. Erica holds a Master of Arts in Peace and Justice Studies from the Kroc School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rollins College.
