Jeaniffer Ines has worked in the Human Resources field since 2000. Jeaniffer began their career as an HR Associate, Corporate HR Specialist, and HR & Admin Manager for Jollimart Philippines, L&T International, and North Empire Corporation. In 2007, they moved to Arabian Centers Employment Services as an International Recruitment Consultant. In 2009, they became the Group HR Officer for Supreme Group in Dubai & Afghanistan. In 2010, they took on the role of Sr Talent Acquisition Officer for the Engineering Division of Topaz Energy and Marine Ltd. In 2011, they became the Sr HR Operations and L&D Officer for Nico International and Topaz Energy and Marine in UAE and Oman. In 2015, they transitioned to Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as the Regional HR Manager for South East Asia and Middle East. In 2020, they became the Head of Human Resources for Incomlend, an alternative trade finance platform delivering factoring and supply chain finance solutions.
Jeaniffer Ines has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, which they obtained between 1996 and 2000. Jeaniffer then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Banasthali University through Masters Institute Sharjah, UAE between 2014 and 2016. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including System Analysis & Design from the Ministry of Education - Dubai, UAE in November 2014, Internationally Certified Assessor of Thomas International's Personal Profile Analysis (DISC) from Thomas International in November 2012, and Integrated Management System (Quality + Environment + Safety) from DNV - Oil & Gas sector in April 2012.
