Dr. Nikki Lemons

Dr. Nikki Lemons, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the HR Immigration Manager at InComm since May 2018, after previously holding the position of Senior HR Generalist. Dr. Lemons has extensive experience in human resources, including roles such as Career Material Advisor at 2U and HR Manager at Raffa, PC. Additional experience includes positions at the Institute for International Research, PruittHealth, Skip Barber Racing School, The Potter's House, and Tompkins Builders, Inc. Dr. Lemons holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and a PhD in Organization and Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Capella University.
