Samuel Collins

Samuel Collins, who has over 35 years of IT experience, joined InComm Payments in 2003. As SVP of Information Technology, he is responsible for the company’s technical operations, including transforming business strategy into impactful solutions and products that capture market potential and grow intellectual property capital, driving performance across the entire software development lifecycle, strategic planning and execution, and facilitating innovation and generating growth. During his tenure at InComm Payments, Mr. Collins has directed and architected the segmentation effort that increased the company’s transaction processing capabilities by over 300%, delivered complex solutions focused on client needs, and guided multiple key strategic projects, such as Front-End SAFing, Back-End SAFing, Adility SPIL and more.
