Tracy Cummings has over 20 years of experience in various IT roles. Tracy started their career at Sabre Airline Solutions as a Systems Administrator. Tracy then joined AirTran Airways, where they held positions such as Systems Administrator, Manager of Data Center Operations, and Director of Customer Support. At AirTran Airways, Tracy improved system uptime, managed projects within budget, and enhanced Service Level Agreement performance. After their time at AirTran Airways, they worked as the Director of IT at Bags Inc., where they improved system uptime and reduced mobile communication costs. Tracy then became the Consulting Interim Vice President of IT at Silver Airways, leading the strategic direction and system implementation. Tracy also worked as an IT Consultant at Bright Byte Consulting, providing recommendations and redesigning corporate monitoring systems. Currently, Tracy is the Vice President of IT Operations at InComm, where they have restructured systems, processes, and teams to improve customer service and compliance.
Tracy Cummings has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Tracy also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Mount Allison University.
