Ailsa Wallace

Ailsa Wallace is an experienced leader in IT applications operations and project management, currently serving as Senior Director at Sophos since December 2017, where progression included roles as Director and Senior Manager in the same domain. Prior to Sophos, Ailsa held the position of Senior Project Manager at RM Results and Head of Corporate Services at Ability Matters Group. Ailsa's career began at Winmark Ltd, where roles included Director of Services and Head of Services, and included a brief tenure as a Strategic Research Consultant at Corporate Executive Board. The project management journey commenced at RM as a Project Manager. Ailsa holds a D.Phil in German from the University of Oxford, alongside degrees in Research (Germanistik) from Hamburg University and a Master's in European Literature from the University of Oxford.
