Francis Kouakou is an experienced professional in the fields of information technology and healthcare administration. Currently serving as an Information Technology Specialist at HCLTech-Honda since May 2022 and as a Case Management Coordinator at InCommunity since July 2020, Francis oversees personal healthcare data for 21 individuals and manages 15 host homes. Additionally, Francis contributes as a Graduate Research Assistant at Kennesaw State University since May 2020 and has an extensive background in IT support and remote technical analysis from CGS. Previous experience includes a Mathematics Teacher position at Academics Solution and an Economic Policy Analyst role at Les Afriques. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Kennesaw State University and Master's degrees in Public Economics and Applied Economics from WU Vienna and the Institute for Advanced Studies, respectively.

Originally founded in 1979, InCommunity, a non-profit agency headquartered in Atlanta, was created to provide community-based services and support to people with disabilities and their families. For almost 35 years, InCommunity has been embracing the abilities in all of us, building an outstanding reputation in Georgia for innovative programs and willingness to take on challenging support situations for people in their communities. Currently, InCommunity has more 650 employees who provide all levels of support in the community to people with a variety of needs; including residential support, employment services, respite care, family support, in-home care, and day programs. To date, InCommunity has provided support and service to more than 10,000 Georgian community members.
