Dr. Arnoud Franken is a Senior Consultant at InContext Consultancy Group, specializing in Strategic Change Leadership since September 2017, where expertise includes designing change interventions rooted in insights into human behavior. Dr. Franken has extensive academic experience as a Visiting Senior Lecturer and Senior Lecturer in Strategic Change Leadership at Cranfield University since October 2004, and previously served as a Professor of Strategy at Maastricht School of Management. Notably, Dr. Franken held the role of Programme Director for Change Management at Cranfield School of Management from 2004 to 2015, emphasizing the need for adaptive strategies in a rapidly evolving global landscape. Prior to academic roles, Dr. Franken co-founded EVI-GTI, securing significant funding to support collaborative R&D initiatives in Europe. Educational qualifications include an Engineering Doctorate in Aerospace Engineering & Business Strategy from Cranfield University and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
