Thomas Benedict is the founder and managing partner of InContext Consultancy Group, a position held since March 1993. Previously, Thomas owned myCoachconnect from December 2008 to February 2012, a service designed for innovative coaching delivery. Additionally, Thomas was the owner of InContext Polska between 1994 and 1998. In terms of education, Thomas obtained a Master's degree in Management Consulting from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 1997, a Master's degree in Business from the University of Groningen in 1991, and completed studies at Utrechts Stedelijk Gymnasium from 1980 to 1986.
