Karthik Sambhandham, CFA, currently holds dual roles at Incor Group and Assetmonk as a VC Investments professional focused on prop-tech and health-tech startups, and as the Head of Strategy driving new-age real estate growth through capital and technology, respectively. Prior experience includes working with Refex Capital on early-stage tech-focused investments, managing mid and small-cap funds at Unifi Capital, and serving as a Real Estate Investments Advisor at Deloitte India for Fortune 500 REITs. Karthik's career commenced as a Project Site Manager at Altiouss Developers, followed by roles as a Structural Engineer at Tecnimont and Productivity and Site Manager at Tiong Seng Contractors, implementing construction performance measures. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore, a postgraduate degree in Construction Management from NICMAR University, and the CFA Charter from the CFA Institute.
