Neal Austerberry

Neal Austerberry is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and business development. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Incora since January 2020, Austerberry previously held multiple senior roles at Pattonair, including Executive Vice President EMEA and Managing Director Europe. At Musgrave, a tenure from 2004 to 2013 included positions as Group Supply Chain Director and Logistics Director, responsible for implementing a cohesive logistics strategy across five divisions and improving supply chain operations in Ireland. Earlier roles at CEVA Logistics and Wincanton involved driving business development and profit center management, with notable achievements in new business generation and market-building.
