Wojciech Duda

Wojciech Duda has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Production Engineer at Volvo Polska. Wojciech then moved on to SCA Hygiene Products, where they served as a Production Manager, overseeing the production department and coordinating promotional campaigns. In 2002, they became the Administration Manager at Macopharma. In 2003, they joined PCC Chemax as an Operation Manager. Following this, they worked at GE Consumer & Industrial as a Production Manager, responsible for production operations. From 2005 to 2015, Wojciech held the position of Operation Manager at GE Aviation. In this role, they provided overall leadership and managed various aspects of production, engineering, lean practices, planning, logistics, and customer service. After this, they worked at Mobile Climate Control as an Operation Manager, where they led a manufacturing unit in Poland and supervised consignment warehouses in Germany and Spain. Wojciech was responsible for several areas, including production, engineering, maintenance, purchasing, logistics, and customer service. Wojciech then served as the Plant Manager at Lincoln Electric EMEAR from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Incora, initially as a General Manager, and now as the Director of Contracts.

Wojciech Duda completed their Master of Science degree in Electronics and Computer Science at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 1989 to 1994. Later, in 1995-1996, they pursued an Executive MBA in Industrial Systems Management at CentraleSupélec.
