The current leadership team at Incora has extensive experience in the aviation industry. The President previously worked at Bombardier Aviation, and the Executive Vice President and General Manager previously worked at Spirit AeroSystems. The Vice President & General Manager of Learjet also previously worked at Bombardier. The President & COO previously worked at Cirrus Aircraft. All members of the leadership team have a background in engineering, with degrees from California State University - East Bay and California State University-Sacramento.
