Meredith Shay

Meredith Shay has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Meredith started their career at NetPlay USA LLC in 2018 as a Managing Member. In 2019, they became the Owner of East Coast Lifting Products. Prior to that, Meredith held several leadership positions at InCord, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Production Manager. Throughout their tenure at InCord, they demonstrated expertise in managing operations, driving innovation, and strengthening partnerships. Meredith also played a key role in achieving recognition as a Top Workplace in Connecticut.

Meredith Shay studied at the College of Charleston from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a double major in International Business and Spanish. Meredith also completed a minor in French, focusing their field of study on International Business, Trade, and Commerce.
