Riya Agarwal

Riya Agarwal is a management trainee in investment banking at InCorp India, with prior experience as an investment banking intern and a history of developing key financial documents, including pitch decks and valuation models. Riya played a vital role in raising $5 million for a B2B Tech venture and prepared comprehensive financial models for a significant real estate transaction. Riya has also served as the convener of the Finance and Investment Club at IIM Rohtak, initiating over 200 finance events and securing collaborations with multiple companies for live projects. Previous roles include management trainee at ICICI Bank, intern at Aurum Equity Partners and PwC India, as well as contributions to social media management for the IPM program at IIM Rohtak. Riya holds a BBA+MBA integrated degree from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak.
