Mazen Arar has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Mazen began their career at Koch Industries in 1995 as a System Test Lead and Business Systems Analyst. In 1999, they joined Oracle as a Senior Director of Quality Assurance. In this role, they managed a large global QA team, was the product manager for Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), and was responsible for QA strategy, related environments, and coordination with product development teams to ensure on-time software delivery for quarterly release cycles. Mazen also held the role of Director of Program Management and Quality Assurance. In 2017, they joined Incorta as the Director of Business Development. Mazen also held the roles of Director of Customer Success and Head of Quality & Customer Support.

Mazen Arar obtained a Master's Degree in Master of Management Information Systems from Friends University between 1993 and 1995. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University between 1989 and 1993.
