Mohamed Khorshed has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2008, they began their career as a Technical Support at Apple Line. Mohamed then moved to Tradeline Stores in 2010, where they served as Asst Technical Support Manager and built a community of loyal Apple customers. In 2020, they took on the role of IT Manager at New Black, where they provided all kinds of IT support for Mac/Windows systems, managed IT staff, was responsible for networking, switching, routing, firewall, internet and remote access, and integrated Mac/PC desktops in video production and video editing workflow. Currently, they are an IT Support Engineer at Incorta.

Mohamed Khorshed obtained an Excellent with Honor Degree in Information Technology from Modern Academy Maadi between 2004 and 2008. Mohamed also holds certifications from Apple and Microsoft, including Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT), Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Apple Product Professional (ASTO), and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
