Shaymaa Elkhawaga

Shaymaa Elkhawaga has over 10 years of work experience in the IT industry. Shaymaa began their career in 2009 as an IT Manager at 4S Technology. In 2013, they co-founded Tidal Information Systems and served as a Co-Founder. In 2017, they joined Incorta and has held the roles of Strategic Customer Success Manager, Senior Technical Account Manager, and L3 Support Engineer.

Shaymaa Elkhawaga obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Helwan University Cairo between the years 1996 and 2000. Shaymaa later obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in November 2021, followed by a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 certification from SuccessHACKER in November 2022.
