Ellie Roach

Ellie Roach currently serves as the Digital and Data Services Lead and previously held the position of Commercial Account Manager at InCrowd since May 2022. Prior to this, Ellie worked at Science in Sport Group as a CRM Manager from July 2021 to April 2022 and at The Football Association from March 2018 to July 2021, where Ellie's responsibilities included managing CRM acquisition and engagement strategies for various national teams and overseeing the My England Football loyalty program. Earlier career experiences include roles as a CRM Officer at Goodform, where insights were provided for professional sports teams, and as a Contact Centre Administrator, ensuring high-quality membership services. Ellie's tenure at IBM involved supporting business operations and managing data analysis for project updates. Ellie holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours in Business Management from the University of Birmingham.
