Sunita Jena is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a robust background in talent acquisition, employee management, and client relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at Incture since September 2023, Sunita previously held the position of Associate Executive Talent Acquisition at the same company from May 2021 to July 2023. Sunita's experience encompasses roles as an HR Recruiter at Eureka Forbes Ltd, HR Manager at S M Consulting, and Ex Deputy Manager at HDFC Bank, where responsibilities included payroll formulation, candidate screening, onboarding, and client portfolio management.
