Incubate Fund
Tohru joined Japan Joint Finance Company (presently know as JAFCO Co., Ltd.) in 1991. In 1999 he established Incubate Capital Partners --a VC fund specializing in seed stage investment. Since then, he has established 13 investment partnerships with aggregate capital committed He established Incubate Fund in 2010 and is a Founder and General Partner. Tohru is also the sitting Chairperson of the Japan Venture Capital Association.
