We have experience in interim management (especially COO and CFO positions) and are strong in the areas of digitalization, new business models, project and process management and in all transformation processes. Investment & Succession Planning We are always interested in ways to support beyond pure consulting. We are happy to support promising companies with an established business model that require new growth capital or are looking for new management as part of a succession process. In selected cases, we invest ourselves and provide our own management team.
