Katarzyna Giera possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Qalcwise and Incube CPM Corporate Performance Management since June 2022. Prior to these roles, Katarzyna worked at LINK4 from June 2017 to May 2022, advancing from a Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist to a Junior Recruitment Specialist. Early career experiences include serving as an HR Assistant at Volkswagen Financial Services in 2017 and an HR Intern at LINK4 in 2016. Katarzyna holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Jagiellonian University (2015-2017) and a Master's degree in Management in the Public and Non-Governmental Sector from the same university (2013-2015), along with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (2010-2013).
