Cherry Ann Aldeguer, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Cherry Ann is currently the Human Resources Director at Rani Therapeutics, where they have been since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Rani Therapeutics from January 2022 to April 2023. Before joining Rani Therapeutics, Cherry Ann worked as the Human Resources Manager at InCube Labs from June 2021 onwards. From April 2017 to September 2020, they were the Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Business Partner at Big Joe Handling Systems. Cherry Ann also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Shape Security from November 2016 to March 2017. Cherry Ann's experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at goBalto, Inc. from 2015 to 2016 and as the Global Director of Human Resources at Automotive Robotics from 2010 to 2015.

Cherry Ann Aldeguer, SHRM-CP, earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2000 to 2002. In May 2021, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
