Alli Harke

Alli Harke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales and management. Currently serving as a Field Access Manager and previously as a Dermatology Business Director at Incyte, Alli successfully led the recruitment of a specialized team for the launch of Opzelura.
