Clint Burks

Clint Burks is a seasoned IT business management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Business Management at Incyte since 2019, Clint oversees a managed services program comprising approximately 100 offshore resources and manages organizational change and testing for SAP S/4HANA implementation. Previously, Clint directed IT business management at Burks Consulting Services and held the position of IT Business Management Director at Endo Pharmaceuticals, managing a $70 million IT portfolio. Additional roles include senior management positions at ACE Group, Voya Financial, The Vanguard Group, Nationwide Insurance, and earlier experiences as Administrative Manager at Lindenmeyr Munroe and Technical Consultant at BISYS Plan Services. Clint holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University, an MBA in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University, and a Project Management Certificate from Penn State Great Valley.
