Elke Engstroem

Elke Engstroem is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Integrated Franchise Lead and New Product Strategy, Executive Director at Incyte since March 2017. Prior to this role, Elke held positions at Roche as Franchise Director and at Teva Specialty Pharmaceuticals as Vice President of Oncology & Specialty Care. With a robust background at Novartis, Elke has held various significant roles, including Business Unit Head for Oncology and Region Europe Marketing Director for Hematology, among others. Elke began a career in brand management at Essex Pharma and AESCA and holds a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Düsseldorf.
