George Kodis

George Kodis possesses extensive experience in IT project management within the pharmaceutical and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of IT Tech Ops at Incyte since January 2017, George oversees multiple applications and projects on a global scale. Previous roles include Solutions Implementation Manager at Unirisx, where George managed Agile SaaS implementations, and Senior IT Project Manager at Philadelphia Insurance Companies, focusing on a transformational program for Property and Casualty Insurance. Additional experience includes positions at Lincoln Financial Group as Data Warehouse Project Manager, CIGNA as Enterprise IT Project Manager, and Wilmington Trust as IT Section Manager/Senior IT Project Manager. George began a career at Accenture as an IT Consultant after earning a BS in Operations Management from Penn State University.
