Melanie Nicholson is an accomplished leader in global product strategy with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as AVP of Global Product Strategy for the Immuno-Oncology Portfolio at Incyte since 2017, Melanie has successfully partnered with clinical development teams to guide late-stage pipeline strategies. Prior to Incyte, Melanie held various strategic leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Worldwide Commercial Lead for the Hematology Franchise and Executive Director positions in Commercialization Excellence and Product Commercialization.
