Nicholas Foschi

Nicholas Foschi is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development across the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Head of HR for Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance & Risk Management at Incyte since January 2021, Nicholas previously held key roles at Intra-Cellular Therapies as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, AstraZeneca as Global Talent Acquisition Leader, and GSK as Global HRBP and Talent Management Program Leader. Notable achievements include building large sales teams, receiving multiple industry awards, and creating the first US Apprenticeship Program in the life sciences sector. Nicholas holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Cabrini University.
