Patrick Walker

Patrick Walker is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Currently serving as Senior Director of Patent Counsel at Incyte since March 2017, Patrick previously held the position of Director of Patent Counsel within the same company. Prior to this role, Patrick worked as a Patent Attorney at McCarter & English from July 2007 to March 2017 and as a Patent Agent at Forest Laboratories from 2002 to 2007. Patrick holds a Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, obtained between 2003 and 2006, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Michigan, awarded in 1998.
