Paul Hoyle

Paul Hoyle, PhD, is an accomplished Executive Director and Clinical Scientist at Incyte, with a career spanning over two decades in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Since January 2013, Paul has provided commercial leadership for the evaluation and management of new discovery targets and products in development. Previous roles include Director of Life Cycle Management and Product General Manager at Shire Pharmaceuticals, as well as Therapeutic Brand Leader for Oncology at AstraZeneca, where Paul contributed significantly to Medical Affairs. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from East Carolina University, complemented by research experience at North Carolina State University.
